About a month ago, I realized that I was really tired of my normal workout routine. All the stepping, weight lifting, and cycling made me feel like a hamster in a cage, and I wanted to try something more lively. After watching a dancing show on television, I decided that it would be fun to try to learn how to dance. I took a ballroom dance class at my local recreation center, and it changed my life. Working out became fun again, and it was an incredible change. This blog is all about finding the things that you love to do, so that you can stay active and healthy.
